The steps to apply for admission to JSU is easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Create an Admissions Account
  2. Complete the application for admission
  3. Submit all required documents for your admission type (see How Do I Attend?)

Printable Application

The application can also be completed by printing the Undergraduate Application for Admission. (To view and print the application, you must have a .pdf reader such as Adobe Reader installed on your computer.)  Once you have printed and completed your application, please mail it and your application fee ($35 check or money order in U. S. funds) to:

Application Fee Waivers

JSU will accept an application fee waiver from ACT or CollegeBoard for those students who obtained a test score fee waiver from the agency.  A copy of that waiver which indicates the unique code from the agency must be sent to the Admissions Office in order for your application to be processed. When the Admissions Office receives the required fee waiver the application will be processed. In order for the Admissions Office to process the application applicants must meet the admission requirements for the term they are applying for. Applicants who submit an application and accompanying fee waiver and do not meet requirements at the time will not be processed until all admission requirements are met. All other requests, including NACAC fee waivers, will not be considered.
