During these unprecedented times, we continue to explore outdoor options we may safely offer while adhering to all CDC, state, city, and university COVID-19 guidelines.

Our current trips were selected because they are close to campus and will allow for social distancing to be maintained throughout the activity. All trips have been modified by:

  • Holding virtual pre-trip meetings
  • Asking participants to meet the trip leader at the location
  • Requiring adherence to social distancing guidelines
  • Not offering overnight trips
  • Debriefing with participants after each trip about suggestions for improvement related to COVID-19
